Deaf Services Unlimited only hires nationally certified interpreters and captioners that share our values. We are always looking to partner with great providers. If this is you, we’d love to get in touch!

Working with DSU has always meant being in business for yourself not by yourself. Our Service Providers will always find us in their corner, providing support, guidance, and opportunities. As your partner, we share a vested interest in your career and advancement. DSU understands that you are passionate about providing the best interpreting and captioning services in your community – we are too!

For Interpreters

Deaf Services Unlimited only employs the most highly qualified interpreters. DSU interpreters are nationally certified by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID), or National Association of the Deaf (NAD), and have at least three years of interpreting experience. All DSU interpreters hold licensure and credentials mandated by the state in which they are providing services.

For Captioners

Deaf Services Unlimited only employs the most highly qualified CART writers. DSU captioners are nationally certified by the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) and have at least three years of captioning experience. All DSU CART writers hold licensure and credentials mandated by the state in which they are providing services.

Next Steps…

To work with DSU, each interpreter or captioner must complete an application and screening process to determine qualifications, assess their skills, successfully complete background checks, and ensure their ability to provide the quality-of-service DSU customers have come to expect.
